Who is this for?

Art, Copy and Concept is for anyone who is trying to build or improve a portfolio to get a job as a creative in an ad agency, in-house department, or to launch a freelance career.

What about partners?

What we do is inherently collaborative. We will do our best to partner people up for group classes (example: copywriter/art director) but we can't make any guarantees. If you have a partner you can bring that person. Please choose only one person to be your partner for the duration of the class. If you have multiple partners you can share feedback later.

Who are the coaches and what are their qualifications?

All coaches have extensive backgrounds in agencies, design shops, in-house departments, and freelance. They have won awards and built sustainable and successful careers as creatives.

Who started this?

Todd Norem. His background is in copywriting and creative direction and has experience working in ad agencies both full time and freelance (Leo Burnett, Fallon, SKG), has worked in-house (IBM, Target) and has started two related businesses. Along the way he has won several awards (AIGA, Communication Arts, Archive) and appeared in industry publications (Communication Arts, Archive).
